Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee a team of consultants guiding them through all phases of any Oracle Cloud/ Any ERP/ SaaS implementation projects. This role requires extensive project management expertise within a Consulting firm, as well as a comprehensive understanding of technical projects and the ability to facilitate successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, providing structure discipline, guidance, and direction. Interaction with Internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
  • Build and maintain the project plan, review all deliverables before releasing them to customer.
  • Ensure Projects are delivered as per the plan, budget and quality.
  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
  • Travel to client location as required.


Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Project Management/ Any relevant qualification
  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  •  Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Experience in Oracle Project Management is mandatory.
  • Excellent Presentation skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills.
