Role: Technical Project Manager – OCI and PaaS 

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to spearhead our Oracle technology initiatives, focusing on solution architecture, project management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in Oracle technologies, a strong track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Skills and Technologies:

• Oracle Technologies Expertise: Deep knowledge of OCI Services, Oracle Middleware (OIC, SOA), Oracle ADF, Oracle Fusion Technical, and Oracle PaaS.
• Programming Proficiency: Experience in JAVA, J2EE, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, and SQL*Plus.
• Oracle Modules Knowledge: Strong understanding of various Oracle modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, and WMS.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage multiple teams to deliver IT solutions that align with business requirements and client feedback.
• Mentor and coach team members to promote growth, technical skills, and a high-performance culture.
• Provide overarching leadership to the project team, coordinating deliverables from functional leaders to ensure timely project execution.

1. Solution Architecture:

• Architect and oversee integration projects across Oracle Financial modules, ensuring robust security measures (e.g., encryption, role setups) are implemented.
• Design and develop innovative solutions utilizing Oracle technologies, including OCI Services and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Define and implement technical strategies and architecture for the execution and operation of client services, ensuring product support and quality assurance.

1. Pre-Sales and Client Engagement:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions, contributing to pre-sales activities and RFP responses for Oracle modules.
• Oversee the preparation of cost models for RFIs/RFPs involving integration and custom development via PaaS.
• Facilitate customer interactions to design secure and effective overall architecture, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the Oracle ecosystem, demonstrating expertise in relevant technologies.
