Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HCM Functional Consultant specializing HCM modules of Human Resource and Workforce Management like Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL and Payroll (EBS). The consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR processes, including employee data management, workforce structures, compensation, time and labour, and payroll. This role will involve working closely with HR teams and business leaders to ensure seamless integration of these processes into the company’s HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• 3-8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Participated in 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong practical and hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Benefits, Absences, OTL, Compensation)
• Oracle Payroll (EBS) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and end-to-end HR business flows.
• Understand client business requirements, configure solutions, and conduct client workshops.
• Support integration teams in building, configuring, and testing integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
• Experience with HCM security components.
• Skilled in data loading and conversion using HDL and HSDL.
• Experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI Reports and personalization.
• Experience in additional modules such as Recruiting, Learning & Development etc is added advantage.
• Must have worked in a client facing role. Qualifications A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
