Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 2-5 years of experience, primarily focused on Payroll reporting, along with exposure to Core HR, Absence Management, and other HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools and the ability to develop, customize, and support reporting and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Payroll reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI
- Work on Core HR and Absence Management modules for reporting and technical enhancements
- Have good knowledge using HDL (HCM Data Loader), REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data conversions, data migration, and mass updates using HDL
- Customize HCM applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) (preferred)
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security policies
Qualification:
- 2-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Technical)
- Strong expertise in Payroll Reporting (Mandatory)
- Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI Reports
- Working knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management modules
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Understanding of HCM data structures and tables
Good To Have:
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for HCM customizations
- Knowledge of integrations using OIC
- Experience in end-to-end HCM implementation or support projects
- Experience with HCM Extracts
