Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with a strong background in both end-to-end implementations and production support. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and a proven track record of delivering scalable supply chain solutions. You will be responsible for configuring modules, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring seamless business operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation, Support and Optimization
  • Support full-lifecycle implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, and "To-Be" process design.
  • Perform documentation and hands-on configuration of SCM Modules like Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing.
  • Perform hands-on configurations of AI Agents through AI Agent Studio.
  • Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for production issues, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring functional issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support for SRs when required
  • Manage P2T (Production-to-Test) refresh activities and post-update validation after Oracle quarterly releases.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot integrations (OIC/FBDI) and reporting issues (BIP/OTBI).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SCM Modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Costing.
  • Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions and stakeholder management.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM modules is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment in Ahmedabad or Bangalore.
  • Ability to work on multiple modules and cross-functional processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
  • Experience in AMS / Support projects
  • Knowledge of integrations with other Oracle or Third-Party Applications
