Key Responsibilities:
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for IT technical roles (Oracle ERP recruitment experience is a plus).
• Assist in managing the end-to-end IT recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn to source and attract suitable IT candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic role requirements and support recruitment activities accordingly.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Keep candidates informed about their application status and interview feedback.
• Support salary discussions and offer roll-out processes.
• Assist in onboarding coordination and joining formalities like induction & documentation.
• Plan and conduct employee engagement activities to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
• Manage employee induction and structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Ensure HR policy adherence across the organization and assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources or related field).
• 1-2 years of experience as an IT recruiter or in a recruitment role.
• Experience in conducting employee engagement activities and managing induction/onboarding processes.
• Basic understanding of HR policies, compliance, and policy documentation.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment lifecycle.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions.
